Food you should eat everyday
Leafy greens: Leafy greens are healthy and low in calories.
Whole grains: they are rich in fiber and will keep you fuller longer.

Processed meals, canned soups and soda: These kind of drinks and food cause the body to release insulin, and that will lead you to storing body fat.
